In addition to therapy services, I provide life coaching related to work, relationships, and self-leadership. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on unresolved conflicts from childhood, life coaching focuses on assessing your current goals in a particular domain of life (work, social relations, personal growth), assessing your skillset and resources, and your preparation to meet the challenge of reaching your goals. While therapy frequently focuses on parts of you that may inhibit or sabotage your ability to function effectively, coaching presumes these issues have already been addressed and resolve, and that you are ready to build upon current successes to maximize your well-being and achievement . This is a more direct, structured approach to enable you to move forward in your life.
